Our firm serves local, state, and federal agencies with a Corporate Office located in San Ramon, CA, and 10 additional Regional/Satellite Offices located in South San Francisco, CA; Oakland, CA; Irvine, CA; Sandy, UT; Layton, UT; Meridian, ID; Sparks, NV; Henderson, NV; Lynnwood, WA; and Frederick, MD. Our experts act as an extension of the communities we serve, providing detailed code compliance, complete fire and life safety, as well as thorough engineering and inspection services.
WC³ is recognized as an industry leader with a team that maintains a high level of skill and experience. We regularly stay abreast of code amendments and provide frequent training for industry peers across the United States. We provide in-person or virtual training through classroom-style setups; as well as self-paced, on-demand courses that are available online through our WC³ Academy.
Additionally, our deep understanding of jurisdictional operating models and passion for the industry is reflected in the technology we provide. This is why WC³ developed our own proprietary online permitting software, eProcess360. This robust, user-friendly, cloud-based platform offers jurisdictions the ability to deliver engaging experiences with citizens, manage and control documents, transfer information between departments, and improve overall daily costs.

Company History
WC³ was founded by Giyan Senaratne, PE, SE, LEED AP in 2006 to provide outstanding building and safety code consulting services to city, county, state, and federal government agencies. Our services have naturally expanded to include serving the fire prevention, civil and public works, as well as the power and energy sectors. Over the years, WC3 has grown into an outstanding team of licensed professional engineers, structural engineers, and fire protection engineers, as well as ICC-certified plans examiners, building and public works inspectors, code enforcement officers, building officials, and permit technicians to provide services for more than three hundred jurisdictional agencies. The key to this growth is the commitment and passion of our professionals to their work.
