About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Diesel Genset Generators Mechanic to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is hands-on and requires expertise across multiple areas, including troubleshooting, electrical safety, installations, and load testing. You’ll be working both in-shop and on-site, ensuring that our clients’ equipment is running at peak efficiency.
What You’ll Do:

Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving on diesel genset generators and industrial-grade engines

Handle installation of new systems, including setup and configuration

Conduct load bank tests and ensure systems are operating under optimal performance

Perform voltage changes, rewiring, and electrical troubleshooting with strict adherence to safety protocols

Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed reports of work performed

Work both in-shop and in the field from our North Dallas location
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with diesel genset generators and industrial engines
Strong hands-on skills in troubleshooting and repair
Knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols
Ability to perform installations, rewiring, and load testing
Certifications and formal training in mechanical or electrical fields are a plus
Problem-solver with attention to detail and commitment to safety
Pay & Schedule:
$45,000–$90,000 per year — based on experience
Work both in-shop and on-site from our North Dallas location
